Founded in 1935 by Louis Gringer in New York, ALLWAY® began with an innovative concept—a pistol grip hacksaw purchased from a customer as payment for an outstanding account at the family hardware store. Louis soon went on to design the four-way keyhole saw, the All-Way Handy Saw, which featured a blade that locked in four different positions.
