The Stiff Necked Rocker was born in the region circumscribed by the Washington Beltway as Justin Allen Kalk in 1984. He has since rebranded as Smoke Wilson has performed variously as the Stiff Necked Rocker with a discography including I’ve Changed Too, Peacemaker, Volcano, and King Sized Bed.
